All items are made-to-order. Because of the nature of these items, unless they arrive damaged or defective, we cannot accept returns or exchange
To return an item, you must make a return request within 2 days of delivery (proven by the tracking number) and return the item within 7 days of delivery.
All items must be returned in the same condition with the original packaging.
When we receive your return, please allow up to 10 working days for us to proceed with your return.
Items on promotion will be considered final sales and no returns will be accepted.
